David Lloyd Leisure Cardiff Sales and Membership team are here to help you with new or existing membership queries.
Office opening hours are 9am - 9pm Monday to Thursday and 9am - 7pm Friday to Sunday. We look forward to speaking
with you or seeing you in the club soon.
I would like to take this opportunity to introduce Jon
Whippey to my team as the new Sales and Membership
Manager. Jon joins us from an Insurance and finance
background, most of which has been focusing on
existing and repeat business, which falls perfectly in line
with our future strategy.
Jonathan stated; “I am very excited to have been
appointed as Sales and Membership Manager and I am
very passionate about David Lloyd and the club. I am
really looking forward to working with everyone within
the team and have already been impressed with the
levels of professionalism. One of my main priorities will
be to enhance the service to our valued existing
members whilst integrating our new members to our
premium facility.”
Since joining the club back in April, I have noticed the
service we offer for existing membership requests and
changes needs improving.
I am also delighted to announce the appointment of
Michelle Morgan to our Membership team. Michelle has
vast experience in the Membership Administration role
which has been gained in a number of clubs within the
Esporta Group.
Initially Michelle worked on the new membership side of
health clubs, but took a shift over to existing
memberships with Esporta about four years ago.
Michelle will now be our members first point of contact
for anything from changing membership categories, club
transfers, suspending or cancelling your membership.
In addition, Michelle will play a big part in helping us to
develop the skills of our receptionists to enable them to
deal with most of our members queries either over the
telephone or at the desk. Another way in which your
membership queries or requests can be dealt with
quickly is via e-mail - and Michelle can be contacted
