Welcome to the 7th edition of ‘Feel the Difference’
Magazine, I know that in this edition you’ll find

I have now been in the club for three months and
it continues to be my focus to deliver a great
service and level of expertise through our team

objectively as possible throughout the club and
have structured a way forward to continually
improve and review what we do.The feedback you
have provided has been valuable to that process.

are a huge traffic area and will require us to
continually challenge the standards of cleanliness
and locker availability.
We are also aware of parking frustrations and are

busy periods, starting with planning permission to
extend the current car park. We will keep you
updated with further developments.
There are two important parts of our business due
for an upgrade imminently: the telephone system
and our barriers. A new telephone system is due

for installation within the next month thus

more efficient. The barrier system has also been
causing some difficulties to our members and
subsequently causing queues at peak times; we
are replacing the whole system with a more

As you have probably noticed, our outdoor courts
have been resurfaced with new cushioned acrylic.
We hope our racquets members can take full
advantage of these great new courts, weather
permitting of course. Let’s hope for a glorious end

We are completely committed to providing a
clean and safe environment and are currently
working with our suppliers to raise standards
within the club. We are also increasing the
number of qualified persons to ensure you are
being managed safely and professionally; this Joanne Curtin Keith Dando
includes 60% of staff first aid trained, 40% of staff

defibrillator trained, 20% of staff fire marshal
trained, as well as customer service workshops to
improve the overall service you receive.
