COGNAC SUMMIT UPDATE COURVOISIER’S SUMMER REFRESHER
The Summit
1 lime zest
4 thin slices ginger
40ml VSOP Cognac
60ml traditional lemonade
1 long piece of cucumber
Method: Place lime zest and ginger slices in old fashioned glass.
Pour in half of Cognac. Lightly press lime and ginger using pestle.
Half fill glass with ice. Stir well, pour in rest of Cognac and top up
with lemonade and cucumber peel.
