ENGINE DRIVEN
HIGH PRESSURE CENTRIFUGAL - PETROL
The WH20, TEF and TEW are self-priming centrifugal, high head pumps powered
by OHV Honda petrol engines. They have carbon ceramic mechanical seals,
aluminium pump housings, and cast iron volutes and impellers. To achieve the high
WH20
pressures required for sprinkling, irrigation and fi re fi ghting duties the impellers have
a larger diameter than conventional engine pumps and operate most effectively
when pumping clear water. The TEF and TEW models feature three BSP male
outlets (1 x 1½” and 2 x 1”) to enable two people to use the product at the same
TEF
time e.g. for fi re fi ghting, dust suppression, cleaning etc. Each outlet has a blanking
cap to maximise pressure and conserve water when it is not needed. The TEW is
fi tted with an electric start (with battery holder, but not battery) to ensure quick and
effortless operation. All models are housed within protective tubular steel, easy
TEW
carry frames, and have oil alerts and anti-vibration rubber feet. Hose couplings,
washers, clips and strainers are supplied, but hoses are extra. Maximum suction lift
✔ Hire fl eets ■ 50mm (2”)
is 8 metres, when primed, however 6 metres, or less, is recommended. The pumps
must not be allowed to run dry.
✔ Utilities ■ multi-user outlets
✔ Fire fi ghting ■ electric start
✔ Irrigation ■ self priming
✔ Wash down ■ petrol driven
