Sales Development Director
Basic salary of circa £50,000 per annum, a company vehicle and a
performance based bonus scheme.
Applications are invited for the post of Sales Development Director at our brand
new site in Washington, Tyne & Wear. Part of the
Co-operative Group, the new role will develop the business to meet the
increasing demands of our growing customer base.
The Sales Development Director will design, and deliver a strategic sales and
marketing plan to achieve revenue, profitability and budgetary targets
You must have proven experience of delivering significant sales growth in a b2b
organisation with a diverse customer base. Previous experience of mail order
clothing or the textiles industry is essential. You would manage a team of field
base sales executives, call centre based sales and customer service teams.
