Doing the dog paddle
I picked up my first copy of Kayak An-
gler yesterday at the Northwest River
Supply in Moscow, Idaho. Been kayak
fishing for smallmouth in the Snake
River for about five years now and I’m
hooked for life! Traded for an Ocean
Kayak Scrambler XT model and felt
like I made the trade of a lifetime. I’ll
definitely be a longtime subscriber to
your magazine!
My Australian shepherd Woody goes
out on the river with me each summer.
Here’s a pic of him sitting up in the
front of my kayak, checking out the ac-
tion on the Snake River in the Lewis &
Clark Valley. On a normal afternoon,
you can catch 20 to 50 smallmouth in
a couple of hours by just trolling lures
behind your kayak. There’s no better
time than to be out there fishing with
man’s best friend! The only sad thing is Enter coupon code: KFAM1208 for 10% off your order (some restrictions apply)
that I’m the only one out there fishing
out of a kayak!
Keep up the good work. Sooner or
We carry the full line of Malibu Fishing Kayaks
later people are going to figure out
how much fun this is! Maybe if they
see enough pictures, they’ll finally get
the idea.
