Water Description
There is a 2.5km stretch of wild game
fishing which is mainly upstream of
Moy Blackwatertown Bridge, on the right
(Co. Armagh) bank, looking
downstream. The upper part of this
B130 to Dungannon
Benburb
reach is a particularly good stretch (just
downstream of island) where there are
Main Street
Blackwatertown
a number of known salmon lies.
Clonfeacle Rd
Coarse fishing also abounds in the
B128 to
eet
lower part if this reach downstream of
Aughnacloy
Main Str
Blackwatertown bridge.
Upstream
There is also a 3 mile stretch of
River Blackwater
coarse fishing upstream from Bonds
B128 to Armagh Bridge on the west bank (60 pegs)
Artasooley Rd and downstream from Bonds bridge
on east bank. Access is at Verners
bridge carpark near Saltmarine garage.
Just exit the M1 at exit 14.
Please note there is no fishing at
Saltmarine garage.
