esting - Better Nesting: The New American Dream,”
an interesting book by Bob Waun, examines current
real estate trends as they relate to the 78 million baby
boomers who will retire during the next 15 years. This gen-
eration is looking for ways to enjoy life, and, with so many
options available, including condo hotels, fractional owner-
ship, time shares, homes and condos, retirees can attain the
lifestyle they dream about.
Waun has done considerable research with insiders in
the real estate and resort industries and has compiled some
statistics:
