and curtain-sided semi-trailers at their headquarters in Co Durham specifically for the UK and Irish domestic market. Significant
additional new business opportunities within the UK and Irish markets has resulted in these new positions being created, both of which
report directly to the Sales and Marketing Director. Responsibility is for the development and implementation of regional sales strategy
which will achieve demanding volume and profitability targets achieved by the motivation and management of a small team of Area
Sales Managers. Also to ensure there is total market coverage and enhance relationships with existing and potential customers, develop
business plans for each territory, spearhead specific account growth initiatives and promote the range of financial and added value
support services. You will monitor performance against defined KPI’s, communicate business and regional contribution objectives and
personally sell to nominated regional key accounts and champion corporate policies and procedures. Candidates, highly motivated,
self directed and resilient hands on professional regional or area sales managers must demonstrate exceptional success in generating
substantial new business volumes achieved by the management of a focussed sales team. This related to the sale of high quality capital
goods ideally trailers, heavy goods vehicles, fork lift trucks or materials handling equipment. Dynamic, enthusiastic and of graduate
intellect with excellent strategic business development ability, they must have outstanding communication, presentation and
influencing skills and be conversant with the negotiation of financial solutions to optimise sales values and margins. The reward
