Finnveden creates two
independent units
Finnveden has announced that Bulten, under the management of Tommy Andersson, and Metal
Structures, under the management of Johan Westman, are to become independent business units,
and continue enhancing profitability and strengthening growth in their respective markets.
Johan Lundsgård, president and CEO of Finnveden Holding AB, will be leaving Finnveden after heading this
restructuring for two years.
"During his time as CEO, Johan Lundsgård has headed the work on developing two strong, independent units
in Bulten and Metal Structures. We have now reached our objective of having two clear structures in place,
and the Board of Directors has worked together with Johan Lundsgård and decided that the time is now right
for the two units to continue independently, with full responsibility for their continued development," says
Roger Holtback, chairman of the Board at Finnveden Holding AB.

Bulten develops and manufactures fasteners, and is a full service provider, to the automotive industry in
Europe, Asia and USA. The company is a main supplier to Nissan, Volvo Car and Volvo Trucks, Autoliv, Scania,
Ford and GM, amongst others.
