For the 19th year running, Spoon
challengers threw their all into
scaling the four peaks of Ben
Nevis, Helvellyn, Snowdon and
Carantouhill in June, conquering
them and the mammoth 1,900
miles in between in less than 48
hours. And what a fantastic job
they did. 2007 was yet another
record breaking year, with a total
of £385,019 raised and the average
amount pledged per team reaching
a staggering £9,900, more than
double the minimum fundraising
total of £4,400.
